 Ms. McLaughlin joined Cierra from Abbott Vascular Devices where she was the Clinical Program Manager for the coronary drug eluting stent trial. Ms. McLaughlin has worked in the medical device industry for 20 years assisting predominantly start-up organizations with clinical research, marketing, training and sales. As a member of the original Target Therapeutics team, Ms. McLaughlin designed, hired and managed the US sales force and the first eleven international distributors. She has worked with companies with drugs or devices to treat disorders in the fields of oncology, women's health, interventional neuroradiology and interventional cardiology. Ms. McLaughlin holds a B.S. degree in Biology from UCLA.
