 Mr. Filloux joined Cierra from Ventrica, Inc. where he was Vice President of Operations. Prior to joining Ventrica (acquired by Medtronic), Mr. Filloux worked at The Foundry, LLC as Vice President of Research and Development. During his 8 year tenure at EndoVascular Technologies/Guidant, Mr. Filloux held various management roles in both Manufacturing and R&D during the Company's evolution from a small start-up, through IPO, acquisition by Guidant and ultimately PMA approval. Prior to his work in the Medical Device industry, Mr. Filloux worked as an engineer developing life support systems for US and Foreign military Special Operations forces in a small entrepreneurial environment. Mr. Filloux holds B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, San Diego, and an MBA from Santa Clara University.
